Aligned interests
No flat fee to start. Our compensation is tied to the paid-out profit, not to the start of our cooperation.
Your challenge. Our trading. One funded account.
No upfront fees — we earn when you get paid.

The PassFund flow
You buy the challenge and the account stays yours. We handle the trading. The split only happens once a payout is real.
Any firm, any account size. You buy the challenge directly and the account stays in your name.
We read the firm's rules first, agree the terms, then set up a secure way to pass the login.
Daily execution inside your drawdown limits — steady, documented, no hero trades.
When the firm pays out, you keep 50% and we take 50%. Then we do it again.
Live account management
Simply put: you hold a live account, we trade it. Steady, disciplined management with a monthly growth target of around 3–7%. Whatever we make is split 50/50 — nothing upfront, so we only earn when you do.
Built on aligned interests
We don't sell promises. We propose a model
where we play on the same side.
No flat fee to start. Our compensation is tied to the paid-out profit, not to the start of our cooperation.
Your firm's drawdown limits and rules set the framework for trading. A responsible approach matters more than speed.
Challenges and live account management in one model. You set the direction, we focus on executing the plan.
If the challenge isn’t passed, we cover 100% of the fee you paid the prop firm — the cost lands on us, not on you.
The people behind the process
PassFund was built on a simple idea: a good partnership starts with a shared goal — and is meant to last.
We combine prop trading challenge support with live account management, and we would rather work with you for years than once. That is exactly why there is no flat fee upfront: it is how we prove the service is worth its price. You pay for results — our share comes only from profit the firm actually pays out. No unnecessary noise. No guarantees the market doesn’t give.
Shared goals. Shared rewards.Good questions. Clear answers.
Everything worth knowing before you start.
Most of the challenges we take on are passed in about one month. We don't promise a fixed timeline — it depends on the firm's conditions, the number of stages and market conditions. We don't rush the process at the cost of risk limits; passing a challenge is not guaranteed.
